By accessing or using the EMU GOLF website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. We accept major credit cards processed securely through Stripe.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Australia and to select international destinations. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. EMU GOLF is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Custom-fitted clubs and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@emugolf.com.au.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EMU GOLF and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EMU GOLF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
